Sorted by: Most recentWorst experience ever! Their customer support is completely unresponsive. My shoes never showed up even though delivery was supposed to happen over a week ago. I've been trying to get help but nobody answers. Can't find a phone number anywhere, and they refuse to call me back no matter how many times I ask. Still don't know where my order is or what I'm supposed to do about it. At this point I'm on day 12 with nothing but silence.
I bought two pairs of shoes but only got one in the mail. When I reached out to them they said sorry for the mix-up and promised me a free replacement. They refunded me for the missing pair and asked me to pick two replacement options. Once I gave them my choices they said I couldn't use the replacement offer anymore because I already got a refund. That makes no sense since the refund was for something I paid for and never received. No matter how much I explained that they wouldn't budge. Their solution was just tell me to go order another pair myself and pay shipping this time. Really cold and unhelpful approach. Would not recommend dealing with them.
