I'm super tech savvy and work online all day. Their website is horrible to use. When you try to cancel your subscription, it shows as cancelled but then when you refresh it's still there. I got charged over TEN TIMES because of a website glitch and I've been battling them for a refund for almost 3 weeks. I've tried their live chat which never picks up, sent emails, called multiple times and got nothing. Seems like they've got maybe one or two people doing customer service to cut costs. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company and will never tell anyone to use them. The bites also fall apart so much you'll be cleaning crumbs for an hour after each meal. You'll find them everywhere on the high chair, in the floor grout, on your kids' toys days later. Not a good investment. Also their foods don't have enough vitamin C. Kids need proper nutrients.
