I'm done giving this company my business. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. They tell you one thing and do another. They refuse to honor commitments. If they owe you money, they're banking on you forgetting about it so you'll have to call repeatedly to get what you're owed. Customer service reps will tell you things that absolutely won't happen. All they care about is getting your money, not keeping satisfied customers who might buy from them again. When I mentioned returning the majority of my five hundred dollar order, one representative even hung up on me mid conversation. Now I'm out that money and have to spend it on returns, so I'm posting negative feedback everywhere I can to warn people about how dishonest this company operates. Be extremely careful before ordering anything from them.
