I'd honestly give this zero stars if the system let me. Being new to remote control cars, I grabbed one here for my son and the staff seemed nice enough. They told me if anything went wrong I could bring it back for an exchange or get store credit no problem. I paid around three hundred dollars for the vehicle and it ran fine at first. Within two weeks of light use, maybe five times total, the servo completely failed. When I called them up, the manager didn't even ask about warranty or how long we'd had it. He just wanted to charge us for the broken part right away. They completely backed away from what they said about the thirty day return policy and store credit, and instead wanted payment. He kept insisting my child crashed it into something, and when I explained I was watching the whole time he goes 'are you sure?' That's what you hear from someone who already decided they won't help you and just wants to blame you instead. Total attitude from this manager. Now he wants forty five dollars to swap out the servo and he's calling it an 'upgrade.' I looked into this and found plenty of other customers saying their servos died within that same two week window. That's not much time for a part to give out.
