The kitchen specialist at the location did outstanding work for us. He came to our home for measurements and setup, then we met at the store to pick out our design. He was knowledgeable about every detail and really pleasant to work with. He gave us solid recommendations on worktops and hardware to get the best look. Once everything arrived on schedule, he even connected us with a reliable fitter, and the whole thing was arranged within a couple days to fit our timeline. When a door handle arrived missing, he came by and installed it personally. We're very satisfied with every part of the service and would definitely recommend him to others.

This place is honestly one of the best stores around. The Herne Bay location has such wonderful staff who genuinely care. When we needed some paint, they pointed out a promotion on paint that would've saved us money. The whole store is immaculate and well organized. Every time I shop there, the team treats me with respect and courtesy, especially at the checkout. It's really sad to see it closing down.

Stopped by the store hunting for some Christmas lights and found exactly what I was after. The checkout staff member, who was incredibly kind and attentive, made the whole process smooth. Really appreciated the friendly service!

Same reliable service as always. It's unfortunate that the company is closing. The store employees have always been fantastic and genuinely cared about helping customers, even when corporate dropped the ball. Yes, prices are higher than competitors, but in my 30 years in retail, the floor staff here consistently went above and beyond to solve problems. Good service deserves recognition, and I've never had to complain about them. Management issues, sure, but the CEO helped turn things around.

Really impressed with how quickly they got back to me. When a couple of things in my click and collect order weren't available, they let me know right away and processed my refund immediately. I got notified just as fast when my remaining items were ready for pickup.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic! Despite the fact that the location is shutting down, everyone stayed just as friendly and helpful as ever. I'm really hoping The Range brings all these folks on board when they take over, because many of these employees have worked there for years, even decades in some cases. They truly deserve to keep their jobs.

I've been a regular at the Saffron Walden store for ages, picking up everything from hardware to garden supplies, and it's consistently been a pleasure. The team there is always welcoming and knowledgeable. Hope they continue being great for years to come!
