My refund is still stuck in limbo. I've been waiting over ten business days now for a 26 dollar refund and they won't properly handle it. They told me to reach out to my bank instead of actually dealing with it themselves. I've had to contact my bank's fraud prevention team to get my money back. This has been a total nightmare and their approach is unacceptable.

HoneyColor swapped out an item that was no longer in stock with a completely different product without asking me first. They justified it by saying they wanted to make sure I'd keep the free lens included with my purchase. That logic makes zero sense. Why would a free item take priority over something I actually paid for unless it was just to increase their profits? The whole experience was frustrating and the customer service rep wasn't very pleasant about it either.
I've ordered from here twice with very different results. The first time was flawless. My contacts got here sooner than expected and the quality was fantastic with a good price point. I had gotten the yearly prescription option in a brownish shade and loved them. When I ordered the second time, the package never showed up, which was really let down since the first experience went so smoothly. At least their email responses are lightning fast, so that's a plus.
