The website has a massive selection of items you can't find anywhere else, even from the manufacturers directly in some regions. I placed my order on December 1st and they shipped it out on December 3rd with a DHL tracking number that worked perfectly. It took about a week to get to me in Europe, which is normal for orders coming from that part of the world. Everything was packaged nicely and the product came with a contact case, an instruction card about lens care, and a discount code for my next purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I placed an order Saturday morning with rush shipping because I needed contacts for a party the following Friday. They told me it would arrive in 3 to 4 business days. Then Tuesday comes around and they email saying something's out of stock, so I immediately ask for a replacement. By Wednesday they're canceling my entire order since it won't get here in time. Now I'm stuck with nothing for my event and there's zero time to order somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

I then wrote Amy asking what the next step should be, expecting maybe a return label, but instead she told me to send it back on my own dime to Malaysia! How is that my fault? How does any company charge you full price and send something out when the order isn't complete? I never heard back from them after that. This feels like a total rip-off. Steer clear of HoneyColor.
HoneyColor used to be great, but my recent experience was honestly terrible. I've emailed them multiple times about an expedited order from almost three weeks ago that was supposed to arrive on October 16th but never showed up. While I get that shipping delays happen, the fact that they won't even respond to my emails is unacceptable. If I don't get a response and refund soon, I'm filing a dispute through my bank for deceptive business practices. I've been shopping with them for years and this is really disappointing.
