What Shoppers Say About Honeywellstore
Honeywellstore has a severely polarized rating distribution, with 1.9 out of 5 based on 9 reviews. The overwhelming majority of shoppers report serious problems: significantly higher prices than competitor Honeywell sites, unresponsive customer service from what reviewers describe as an overseas third-party operation, inflexible return and refund policies despite delivery errors, misleading product listings (such as filters sold individually rather than in required pairs), and allegations of fake reviews on the site. A small minority of reviewers praise responsive customer service and fast shipping when issues are resolved.
The store's business practices appear to frustrate shoppers most acutely through pricing discrepancies, lack of price matching, and rigid policies that don't account for shipping failures or product suitability. Several reviewers report difficulty reaching support and feeling the company operates deceptively. One five-star review credits the store with correcting an order mistake promptly, suggesting customer service can be effective when engaged, but this positive experience is vastly outweighed by complaints about the overall operation.

Sorted by: Most recentThe Honeywell Store operates totally different from Honeywell Plugged In and charges way more. They won't match prices with the other site either, which I found out the hard way. They even convinced me that Amazon was using their name without permission, and I believed them. Ended up spending almost 100 bucks extra on one item. Now they won't even return my calls about fixing it.
Fair warning, you're dealing with some sketchy third party operation based overseas. They'll hang up on you and good luck getting help from anyone else. The parts are probably faulty too.
My package never showed up in December, and when I finally heard back in February, Honeywell basically told me tough luck. They said FedEx confirmed delivery to the mailroom, and since their policy states they won't replace orders that show as delivered, there's nothing they can do. Apparently it doesn't matter that FedEx sent it to the wrong place, I'm just out the money. Really disappointed with how they handled this.
They charged me 46 bucks for one tiny filter and never mentioned they don't sell them in packs of two. My air purifier needs two filters to work right, so now half my machine is just sitting there exposed. This is a total ripoff and honestly feels like a scam. I'm furious at how shady this operation is.
This company is a complete disaster. Their website is packed with obviously fake reviews, and when you try to submit an actual honest review, it just disappears. They clearly don't want real feedback posted.
I messed up and ordered the wrong part for my humidifier, but their customer service jumped on it right away and got the correct one shipped out fast. Really refreshing to actually speak with a real human being instead of a robot. They were patient and listened to what I needed. Definitely coming back for more purchases, thanks a lot!
I've been waiting over 3 months for a replacement part and all I get are emails saying they're looking into it. The last one said my part would arrive on a specific date, but nothing ever came. Their after-sales service is completely useless. I won't be buying Honeywell stuff again.
Ordered air filters that never arrived. The store won't replace them or give me my money back because they're blaming USPS for the problem. A company should stand by its orders and make sure customers actually get what they pay for.
