I buy from them all the time and they've never messed up an order or been slow with shipping. That said, their shipping fees are way too high compared to other retailers. They also use these fake discount codes as a trick to get you to spend more, when they should just offer better prices and cheaper shipping from the start.

They told me I had to deal with their shipping screw-up and return it before they'd even send me what I actually ordered. That's not how a legitimate business operates. Buyer beware with these folks.
