Bought some supplements because they had a good sale going. Only after I finished my purchase did I realize they'd automatically enrolled me in a subscription. I was annoyed but figured with all the positive reviews I'd probably want to reorder anyway. Next day I got an email saying my order was paused and I had to verify my address. I clicked the link and it wanted my full billing and shipping address plus credit card details. Seemed like a scam since I'd already given them all that information. Chatted with someone online and they said my account was fine and to ignore the email. Two days later I get more emails saying my order got canceled because I didn't verify, but if I do it within 24 hours they'll resend it. I try to log into my account and it's blocked. I go back to chat and the moment I mention my account is locked, the agent just closes the conversation. What's going on here?

They don't make it clear that you're required to join a subscription when you order and use their discounts. Then if you call to cancel, they charge back the savings you got. Awful company.

This company is just after your money and steals your personal info. They put me on a subscription I didn't sign up for and the terms were confusing, then they canceled my order anyway. Don't order from them.

Watch out - this place is a scam. I ordered hair gummies using a discount code and they never came. When I asked for my money back, they told me to wait 72 hours for a response, and on top of that they slapped me with a $13 charge because I'd supposedly signed up for a subscription that was never mentioned. They said to cancel but there's no option to do it on their website. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and now there's an investigation going on.

This place is a total rip-off. Getting out of their subscription is impossible and they'll try to bill you for savings you got before, which is the craziest business model I've ever seen. Their customer support won't help you and they'll overcharge you no matter what. I just want to stop my subscription and get no more of these products but instead they force you to pay for stuff that I throw away. No one should use supplements from a company that traps its customers like this. There are plenty of other vitamin companies that don't pull this nonsense.

This is a complete rip-off. You can't cancel the subscription without jumping through hoops, and they'll charge you back for discounts you already got. Their customer support is useless and they'll overcharge you whenever they can. Nobody should buy supplements from a company that locks customers into spending money this way. There are tons of other supplement brands out there that actually respect their customers.

Giving them one star only because I have to pick something - wish I could go negative. This company is a joke. Their supplements must not work very well or people would keep buying, which is why they force subscriptions on everyone. I started using mine a couple weeks ago and got nothing but bloating, zero real improvement. Was thinking about ordering more products if I liked them, but not anymore. It's nothing but scam after scam to squeeze money out of customers. Asked to cancel and got told I'd get charged $41.99 to cancel since I got a deal. Disputed it with my bank. Run far away if you don't want to get trapped into some subscription for a probiotic or hair vitamin.

The products didn't do anything for me. They won't give you money back for opened products - only store credit. Why would I want a credit for something that didn't work? Turns out when I placed my order I got signed up for some VIP membership without realizing it. Now I can't cancel. Apparently I have to place two more orders before I'm allowed to stop, and if I cancel early they're going to charge back the $17 discount from my first purchase. I've never heard of anything like this. Most nutrition companies out there offer discounts and subscriptions but let you quit whenever you want. I hate feeling trapped like this. I was willing to give the products more time and maybe order again eventually, but knowing I'm stuck in this membership deal means I'm done shopping with them completely.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I wanted to try one product but didn't like it. A month later they emailed saying they're sending me another product for my subscription that I don't remember signing up for. And their customer service is impossible to reach. Got one lady on the phone who sounded shady and just hung up on me. I'm going to report them to the BBB because they're scamming tons of people. That lady who answered was super rude and claimed that when I placed my order it was 'clearly' mentioned I'd get a subscription. But when I was ordering I couldn't find any agreement about that anywhere.
