It's surprisingly complicated when you need to send something back. Shouldn't be that difficult. If Rachel hadn't jumped in to help me, it would've been way worse. This whole return process has really made me second-guess shopping there again. I've spent money with them before with zero problems, but now I'm honestly hesitant to put myself through that ordeal another time.

The actual clothing isn't bad, but man, the service leaves a lot to be desired. You shell out money for shipping and they stick you with Evri, which is pretty terrible and constantly behind schedule. This time it took a whole week to arrive. Then they add insult to injury by charging you to send things back. Skip this place if you're in a time crunch!

Really let down by this experience. Bought a jacket for my wife using the Black Friday sale, but it's been held up at the delivery company since December 3rd. Had a similar issue before with another retailer - they stepped up and either refunded me or let me reorder without hassle. But Hush won't do that. They keep telling me to wait 72 more hours while they investigate. I ordered it on December 1st thinking it'd be a nice Christmas gift for her, and now we're running out of time. Not happy.

The website works great, ordering is straightforward, shipping happens without drama, and returns are easy when needed. Everything about the experience is excellent. The clothing selection is fantastic too. Since sizing can vary, ordering in different sizes to try on helps you nail your fit. They just started stocking short-length trousers which is perfect for my height since I'm 5'2" and now I'm not paying extra tailoring fees anymore.
