Absolutely terrible support! I ordered something and received the wrong product. I've tried reaching out multiple times through their email like they tell you to do, but I get nothing back. Now I'm out the money for what I actually wanted and stuck with something completely wrong for me. Getting a refund seems impossible since there were no return instructions with my order, and when I emailed asking for details they just ignored me.

Ordered on Black Friday and took advantage of their promotion for complimentary body wash and body scrub. When the package arrived I was really disappointed to see the body wash expired in February and the scrub expired in March. Their customer service basically said this was fine because they give away old stock as freebies and that using expired products is totally safe. That's not the kind of experience you'd expect from ordering directly from the brand, and their response was honestly insulting. Really upset with how they handled this.
