Still waiting on a package from over a year ago that never arrived at my house. They keep insisting FedEx shows it was delivered, but I never got it. No clue if it went to the wrong address or someone else grabbed it, but they're refusing to send a replacement. My credit company stopped the charge but the seller already has my money. To make it worse, they're being really rude about the whole situation and won't even try to work something out. Total nightmare of a company.

Overall really happy with this place. Just want to mention that they've divided into different operations, so watch out for the other one because it's not nearly as good. Stick with the original if you want good service.

These guys shipped my order even though I asked them repeatedly to cancel it because the timing wouldn't work. Then they refused to give me my money back. I've been a repeat customer with them over time, but this last experience was awful. They clearly don't care about keeping customers happy, just getting paid. I've switched to a different supplier that actually cares and I'd suggest looking elsewhere too. Don't let them fool you with their marketing.

The customer service here is really bad. My order showed up with broken pieces and parts missing. They won't answer my emails or pick up the phone when I call. Ordered hookah tumblers from this company. Their listing said 4 weeks shipping from China, but it took way longer than that. I tried reaching out about my order around week 6 and got nothing back. Took over 3 months total before my tumblers finally arrived. When they got here, the product itself looked fine but a lot of the packaging was crushed and damaged beyond use. I asked for replacement boxes and they said that wasn't possible. Now I'm trying to figure out how to return or get a refund, but I'm not getting any replies to my messages.
