Been loyal to Image Prevention + factor 50 moisturizer for years, but something's off with the latest bottle I picked up. The formula feels way thinner and more watery compared to what I'm used to. The original thicker consistency gave my skin such a nice healthy glow, and this new version just doesn't deliver that. Plus it feels too light for my skin type, so I won't be repurchasing. On top of that, the tube is noticeably smaller while costing the same amount. I really don't get why companies change products that already work so well. It's frustrating because this definitely feels like a step backward.

Question about neck coverage in Image training. I was told by a salon that the Image training program only covers facial application and doesn't include the neck area. That seems like a missed opportunity since the neck really deserves the same attention as the face, especially when these products cost so much. Otherwise, I'm really happy with how the Image products perform.
