Getting up and running with Instapage was straightforward. We looked at other options like Unbounce before going with this one, mainly because it was simpler to pick up. The customer service team is reliable, not super speedy but definitely not slow, and they're willing to really dig into problems rather than paste generic responses. They have good features but I wish more were included at lower price tiers. We needed Google Analytics integrations that required custom code and they generously provided that for us. Our landing page use case is pretty unusual so we had to pay for higher tier access just to get a couple of things we needed even though we don't use most of what comes with it.

Got turned onto this during a workshop and we've been impressed with everything about it. The pricing is fair, it's straightforward to work with, and the template library is really solid. We ditched our old builder and switched over because of those factors.
