What Shoppers Say About Iron Studios
Iron Studios receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 17 shoppers rating the company 1.2 out of 5. The dominant complaint across reviews centers on customer service failures and order management issues. Shoppers report in-stock items suddenly becoming unavailable after payment, difficulty canceling pre-orders despite repeated requests, missing notification emails for available pre-orders, and significantly delayed refunds (exceeding the promised 10 business days). International customers also report being charged full import duties instead of receiving advertised sale prices. One reviewer praised the company as solid with a great experience, but this represents a stark outlier among the feedback.
The pattern of complaints suggests systemic issues with inventory management, communications, and order fulfillment rather than isolated incidents. Multiple reviewers described the refund and cancellation process as unresponsive or uncooperative, with one customer questioning whether the company's practices constitute fraud. The lack of email notifications, unexplained inventory discrepancies between purchase and fulfillment stages, and inconsistent customer service responses appear across multiple independent reviews, indicating these are not one-time problems but recurring operational concerns.

Sorted by: Most recentGot a She-Ra collectible that came with a stain right on the forehead under the crown. They flat out refused to fix it or ship a replacement even though it's a pricey resin piece and that's what should happen. Not buying from them again.
Stay far away from this place. You order something and then silence for 30 days while the website claims everything is fine. Shoot them an email asking what's up and they tell you not to stress, your stuff is coming. Good luck getting a response though - could take a week or they just ignore you completely. Push them again about your order status and eventually they're like 'oops, there's a glitch' and offer you your money back. So what happened to me? I wasted almost 2 months, the product got delisted, and I had to basically debug their own system for them. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. They're not real merchants and clearly don't care if you keep buying. That's it for me, hands down the worst seller I've used. Please don't order from them.
My package never arrived but my account definitely got charged. Haven't gotten a response in 2 weeks. Really disappointed by this.
Started out buying their 1/10 scale pieces at $150 and honestly, the craftsmanship was just okay at best. Once they managed to snag some major licenses, prices skyrocketed but the actual quality went nowhere. Now they're charging 1/6 and 1/4 scale prices for the same 1/10 stuff they always made. On top of that, half the time your order shows up damaged because they skimp on packaging. Shipping takes forever too - I'm talking months or even a year wait on certain items. At this point a lot of us retailers have moved on to better suppliers. Wouldn't shock me if they went under one day and left a bunch of people stuck with nothing. Skip them.
Emails go unanswered for weeks on end. At this point I'm not even sure they have a customer service department.
Extremely shady company with questionable business practices. They don't tell you shipping costs upfront when you're pre-ordering, then surprise you with outrageous charges once your item's ready to go. Ask about it and they ghost you completely. Emails go unanswered. I'd never work with them again.
