I purchased some pacifiers to give as a present. The website said they'd send it out within 1 to 3 days, but 10 days went by with no shipment and no communication about any problems. I had to reach out multiple times just to get my money back. What really bothered me is that they only process refunds if you've already paid an extra $1.99 for shipping protection, on top of the $9.99 shipping charge they tacked on. Between all the fees and the lack of communication, I won't be ordering from them again. Not a company I'd recommend to anyone looking to shop with.
