Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I dropped a large amount of money on scrubs, was unsatisfied, and sent them back via tracked delivery. Now the company keeps stalling on issuing my refund and blaming it on issues with their new courier company. They keep promising to fix it but months have passed with nothing. The deadline for my dispute window is getting dangerously close and I'm pretty sure they're deliberately dragging their feet. I'll probably have to get my bank involved. It's disappointing to deal with this from a company that's supposed to be trustworthy. Their responses suggest a serious lack of honesty, almost bordering on fraudulent.

Out of the box these scrubs look fantastic and fit great. Wash them once and you've got a wrinkled disaster on your hands. They only accept returns if the tags are still attached, but you have to remove those to wash them in the first place. If you love ironing and don't mind spending tons of time on it go ahead and buy these. I spent half an hour trying to get the wrinkles manageable and they still looked rough. Not worth the hassle or the money.

Ordered over two hundred dollars worth of personalized scrubs and they never showed. No support from Jaanuu and no way to actually talk to someone on the phone. They use some random shipping company instead of the major carriers everyone knows. Skip this one entirely.

These scrubs literally look like you got dressed from a donation bin. I wear them once weekly and picked up two sets of the male jogger style with matching tops. Here's my honest breakdown. The quality is honestly a 2 out of 10. Within a couple months threads are popping out from the seams and after about 4 months they're completely unwearable. That's roughly 16 washes total. For the price you're paying a 3 out of 10 when you could grab Walmart scrubs cheaper and they'd last twice as long. Stick with Members Only or Barco if you want actual quality.

These are honestly the BEST scrubs I've ever owned! I really don't get why everyone is so obsessed with Figs when Jaanuu is clearly superior for women's bodies and runs true to size. The designs make you look and feel great even during long shifts. I've been a loyal customer since the beginning and plan to keep wearing them until I'm done working.
