I had funds sitting in my account and then suddenly I got completely locked out with absolutely no way to access anything. There's no way to even reach anyone. This is a total scam and I would not recommend it!

I used to really enjoy using this app for lottery tickets, but then I ran into a major problem. I needed to update my name to my legal maiden name, which is totally legal to do without getting married or divorced. I even provided the proper legal documentation. The app refused to make the change because apparently I didn't have a divorce decree or marriage certificate, even though the name change is completely legitimate. The problem is I can't use the app at all now because you need to link a bank account that matches the name on file. It's ridiculous that a passport office and Social Security would accept my name change instantly, but this company won't even though I have the legal paperwork to back it up.

They're fast when they want your money but super slow when you actually win something. I won fifty bucks and still haven't gotten it. Why am I being asked to upload my ID and proof of residence just to get fifty dollars out? Normally you'd just send money back to the card or account you used to put it in. Think really hard before depositing anything because getting your money back is way harder than it should be.

Started out really good with this app. They used to hook me up with bonus credits around my birthday and anniversary, which was nice. But then in June everything changed. I got asked to update my profile and after I did, I got an email saying something seemed off and boom, my account got locked. Now here's the kicker - there's no phone number to call for help. I've sent like 7 different support emails and each one just gives me another complaint number to track. On top of that, the company wants a picture of me holding my ID and is asking for my bank account info. Just be careful with this one.

Been waiting 10 days for someone to get back to me about my locked account that keeps saying something went wrong. These people straight up don't care about helping their customers.
