I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so problematic I felt I had to speak up. Don't order from Jennifer Zeuner. The necklaces look completely different in person than they do online, which was disappointing when I got the star pendant I ordered. The return window is incredibly tight at just 14 days, making it nearly impossible to send something back. What really got me though was finding out about hidden international shipping fees of $30 that nobody mentions upfront, and I had to pay them at customs before getting my jewelry. Customer service wasn't helpful when I reached out about this, actually pretty rude. Plus the jewelry itself feels cheap for the price. I also noticed they claim really high ratings on their site, but I couldn't find any way to actually post feedback there as a customer, which makes me wonder how real those scores actually are.
