Got 2 front zip sweaters from them in different colors and same style. The quality of what arrived was really disappointing. The fit was acceptable enough, but the material itself felt cheap and had no insulating power whatsoever. To add insult to injury, they made me cover return shipping costs of over $50, and I'm pretty confident these weren't even shipped from overseas given how quickly they arrived initially. Their return policy is completely unreasonable.

This was my first and final purchase from this company. The top arrived way oversized and to make matters worse, the hem wasn't even finished. On top of the subpar quality, they tacked on a $7 handling charge and then expected me to pay my own shipping to return it. It's disappointing that they charge these fees for such poor craftsmanship.

I bought 2 packs of their women's seamless briefs through a warehouse club. Both packages had defective seams in the leg area and weren't wearable. When I reached out about the issue, their response was basically to return them where I bought them. Jones New York wouldn't help since I didn't purchase directly from them. For how much they charge, the quality doesn't match the price, and their customer support is absolutely terrible. I'm done with this brand.

Found out I way overpaid when I bought a blouse from them for $89.50 and spotted the exact same item at major department stores for around $20 on clearance. They also put me through a bunch of unnecessary steps and were honestly rude about the whole thing. Better deals are definitely out there.

Ordered this gown and was really excited about it. The fit turned out amazing and the beading looked beautiful without any issues. It has this gorgeous retro glitz to it that could honestly work as a wedding dress if someone wanted. The customized sizing made all the difference in how well it suited me. My only complaint is the length was way too much for my frame - I'm 5'4" and it dragged all the way down to my feet when I wanted something tea length. Because of that one problem, I had to send it back and order from somewhere else instead.
