Ordered jeans that were supposed to show up before New Year's Eve but they never made it. Tried reaching out to Joe's Jeans multiple times and got absolutely nothing. Called their number, texted, and emailed. Radio silence on all fronts. Even called the shipping carrier number listed on my receipt and they wouldn't pick up either. Tried FedEx too with no luck. It's really frustrating how a company can take your money for an order and then completely ghost you when something goes wrong. Nobody answers their phones, nobody responds to messages. This whole experience has been a mess.
