They emailed me a return label, but I can't print at home. I asked if they'd mail me a physical label instead so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket to fix their error, and they said no. Just really poor way to handle their own mistake.
I ordered a couple of shirts that were supposed to arrive in about 2 weeks. It's now been 2 months and they still haven't shown up. I tried to cancel the order but they wouldn't let me even though it never shipped. Be careful with this company, something doesn't seem right about how they operate.
They won't cancel orders even when you follow their cancellation policy. Then on top of that, you get charged to send the item back that they refused to cancel in the first place.
Got a band tee for $52 and the color completely washed out, like 70 to 80 percent fading after just one wash. I contacted them about getting a replacement or my money back, but all they offered was a measly 30 percent discount on another purchase.
