This place is disorganized with awful customer service to match. I ordered a football shirt and they sent me the wrong team. They offered a refund but wouldn't do an exchange. They emailed me a return label, but I can't print at home. I asked if they'd mail me a physical label instead so I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket to fix their error, and they said no. Just really poor way to handle their own mistake.

I ordered a couple of shirts that were supposed to arrive in about 2 weeks. It's now been 2 months and they still haven't shown up. I tried to cancel the order but they wouldn't let me even though it never shipped. Be careful with this company, something doesn't seem right about how they operate.

They won't cancel orders even when you follow their cancellation policy. Then on top of that, you get charged to send the item back that they refused to cancel in the first place.

Got a band tee for $52 and the color completely washed out, like 70 to 80 percent fading after just one wash. I contacted them about getting a replacement or my money back, but all they offered was a measly 30 percent discount on another purchase. The fabric itself feels great and has that authentic retro vibe I was looking for, but the color issue and their response was really disappointing.

My package never arrived. They claimed they'd reship it but that didn't show up either. The tracking information showed it was never shipped either time. When I complained again, they said they'd give me part of my money back because they lost something too, which made no sense. I kept pushing and they agreed to a full refund. It's been almost 6 months now, I've reached out every month, and still nothing. If they say 25 days, shouldn't 6 months be enough?

Terrible experience with this company. The quality is awful and I'm still waiting for my refund. Just don't spend your money here.

Bought something on sale but found out later it wasn't actually available. Instead of contacting me about options, they just cancelled without asking. When I requested they honor the sale price on a different size, they flat out refused and offered nothing to make up for their mistake. I've ordered from them multiple times over the years, but clearly that means nothing to them. The whole experience was frustrating because this is basic customer service. Also, their shirt designs used to be original and interesting, but now they're pretty generic and uninspired.

My order sat there for 5 days without shipping. I asked what was going on and they cancelled it saying unforeseen circumstances. The refund did come through quickly, so I'm giving them 2 stars for that at least. But it seems like they don't have their inventory figured out. I was really looking forward to that shirt, so I'm pretty let down.

Bought a t-shirt through this vendor on another platform and they messed up the order twice over. Wrong size, wrong team, and it arrived late on top of everything. Returns are unnecessarily complicated. Not worth dealing with this company. I ended up giving it to a local children's hospital.

Ordered a shirt as a gift and the sizing was wrong, possibly even a defective size. I returned it and they got the package, I have the tracking number and signature confirmation. Over a month later and still no refund. Their customer service is basically nonexistent, they don't respond to emails, and when I finally got someone on the phone, there was no apology or explanation for the delay. They just kept telling me to wait. This feels like they're keeping my money while sitting on my merchandise.
