The Black Friday sale was disappointing. I put items in my cart on Saturday but couldn't complete checkout because it said delivery wasn't available to my location. I tried using a different address and got the same message. After I contacted them, they told me there was a website glitch and they'd fix it quickly. I asked if they'd honor the sale prices I had screenshotted if it didn't get resolved, but got no response. I kept trying on Sunday with no luck and kept seeing the delivery error. By Monday morning the entire Black Friday section was gone and prices went back to normal! I still can't purchase the products I wanted.

STAY AWAY. The website keeps showing technical error messages and says orders can't be processed. But after trying twice I got two separate order confirmations. When I emailed support they bounced back as undeliverable. The phone number I had doesn't work anymore with a message saying they can't accept calls right now. I tried reaching out to their main office and got an automated response about high call volumes. All I need is a refund on my accidental duplicate order. Do yourself a favor and skip this company.

A customer service representative placed an order the day after I contacted them without letting me know beforehand. They charged my card without any heads up. Not realizing a shipment was coming, I went ahead and placed my own order online. Now I have double the products and when I told them about the mix-up, they actually told me I had to pay to ship one back myself. That's completely unacceptable. This was my first experience with them and unfortunately my last too.

They charged me more than I should have been charged. I sent them documentation of my receipts in December to prove the overcharge but haven't heard anything back since. I'm really disappointed in how they handle customer problems. They won't be getting my business anymore.
