Frustrated, I attempted it a second time only to get the same technical issue popup. Next thing I know, I get two order confirmation emails for the exact same purchase. When I tried reaching out to their customer service team, my emails bounced back as undeliverable. The phone number I had on file doesn't work anymore and apparently has been scrubbed from their site lately. Meanwhile I keep getting their marketing emails which is pretty ironic given the situation. It's disappointing because I've been buying from them forever and genuinely love their stuff. I contacted the Australia headquarters through their main site and got a generic response about being swamped with orders, which doesn't really help my problem. All I'm trying to do is get someone to acknowledge the duplicate charge and process a refund. If you're thinking about ordering, my advice is to look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
