Karma and Luck Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Karma and Luck
Karma and Luck has a severely troubled customer experience profile, with 1.7 out of 5 by 20 shoppers. The vast majority of negative reviews center on three core issues: products that do not match website descriptions, non-functional customer service that ignores calls, emails, and voicemails for weeks or months, and refunds that fail to materialize despite confirmed receipt of returned items. Some shoppers also report delivery problems including fake tracking numbers and failure to meet promised shipping timelines. A small number of satisfied customers praise the jewelry quality and professionalism of in-store staff, describing excellent product selection and courteous service.
The pattern of complaints suggests systemic operational failures rather than isolated incidents. Customers report waiting nearly two months for refunds, being ignored across multiple communication channels, and experiencing dismissive or hostile customer service interactions. For those seeking recourse through returns or shipment issues, the company appears difficult to reach and unresponsive to resolution attempts. The sharp divide between the few five-star reviews and the overwhelming one-star ratings indicates inconsistent service delivery or that positive reviews may reflect limited direct customer interactions.

Sorted by: Most recentI'd give negative stars if possible. My husband and I visited the Venetian location while in Las Vegas and wanted to pick up matching accessories. We got greeted right away but that was it. The associate gave us this suspicious look like we were about to shoplift, which made us feel really uncomfortable and not welcome despite the initial greeting. The other staff were just hanging around chatting with each other and not engaging with customers at all. Only one person was actually helping someone. It felt very unprofessional for such a nice hotel. We were browsing and considering a purchase but the same woman who greeted us came back and started talking about a men's necklace we were looking at. A few minutes later she vanished to help someone else who just walked in. We ended up leaving without buying anything because the whole vibe was off.
I visited the Grand Central location recently and had a really unpleasant encounter. One of the associates walked in while I was speaking with staff, didn't apologize for interrupting, and gave off seriously negative vibes. The whole interaction felt rude and unwelcoming.
The jewelry itself is nice looking. But their customer service is awful. I ordered a bracelet based on their website sizing and it was way bigger than the description said. When I emailed asking to exchange it, they demanded I send a picture with a measuring tape. When I tried to return it instead, they said returns have to happen within 30 days, which I did, but the package took longer than 30 days to get delivered back to them. They then refused to refund my money. The policy doesn't specify that the item has to arrive within 30 days, so you'd reasonably think it meant you had to ship it within that timeframe, like most other companies do. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
The quality is really lacking. I got a $100 bracelet that snapped after just 60 days of regular wearing. When I reached out, they only do replacements within 30 days. Either they knowingly sell inferior products or they don't actually stand behind the quality of what they're selling. A $100 bracelet shouldn't fall apart after two months of normal use.
I've spent over $400 with them in the last 6 months. After several purchases, they sent me a damaged item. When I asked for an exchange, they refused. I had to pay to ship the damaged merchandise back myself.
The necklace I received is defective and looks terrible. There's an eye piece that's been attached with cheap glue that's totally visible. The eye is crooked and not centered at all. I didn't spend almost $200 to get a badly made piece like this. To make it worse, their customer service is even more frustrating than the product. I've reached out multiple times over the past couple weeks and nobody gets back to me. This whole thing is ridiculous. I want a refund. Do not buy from this company.
The customer service here is terrible and you're paying way too much for items that aren't well made. My bracelet fell apart after just one month and they refused to replace it.
I'd give zero stars if I could. I placed an order and after waiting 4 days, I sent an email asking for an update. Keep in mind this was right before the holidays. They responded saying my order got cancelled, then claimed it was because I requested it, which I absolutely did not. When I tried reaching their customer support team, there basically isn't one. This is unacceptable for any company. I will never shop here again.
I bought a ring online for $59 and when it arrived, it was this rust-colored thing that looked nothing right. I contacted them about a return and they said I'd get my money back once I sent it in. They don't include return shipping labels, which is pretty telling considering even overseas sellers do that. When I sent it back because of poor quality and bad craftsmanship, I only got $26 back and they hit me with a $33 restocking fee. That doesn't seem fair at all. I left them a voicemail asking for a callback and got nothing. You can never talk to an actual person. When you call, you either have to email or leave a message. I've been a customer for years and even visited their Las Vegas location, so getting only a partial refund is really disappointing. I'm done spending my money with them.
