Sorted by: Most recentI would honestly give this a zero if I could. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE. I ordered twenty one items in February and they said they'd ship them weeks later. I started asking for updates in April. Three items finally showed up in June and they were absolute garbage quality. I asked for a refund and was supposed to get a check since my card had fraud issues. It's now July and no refund has arrived and I have no proof it's coming. MY ADVICE: Save all your calls and emails and file a complaint with the ACCC. This company is completely useless. You can also try calling the parent company Mosaic directly. The in store products are terrible quality now too. Not worth your money at all.
I used to shop here all the time, but they've really gone downhill lately. Five months ago I ordered two dresses and only got one. When I asked about the missing dress, they kept saying they were investigating it but never actually did anything. After going back and forth multiple times, I finally demanded a refund. This has happened with almost every order I've placed recently. They're incredibly slow, something's always missing, and the constant marketing emails are annoying. I've unsubscribed and I'm done shopping with them.
I ordered something and got a confirmation email saying I'd be notified when it ships. I emailed the next day to cancel and again the day after with no response. Four days later they replied saying my order had already been sent. This is terrible customer service, I gave them plenty of time to cancel before shipping. I'm never shopping with them again and I'm telling everyone to read these reviews first.
I had a wonderful experience being helped by Shelly when I visited Northland. She's been a fixture there for years and she always has such a positive energy. She's constantly working to keep everything organized and tidy. Every time Shelly's working, I always manage to find what I'm looking for because she genuinely tries hard to help you find the right size.
Had such a great experience with Shelly at the Northland location. She's been working there for a long time and always shows up with a fantastic attitude. She keeps the store looking amazing and is constantly helping customers. I never leave without finding exactly what I need because Shelly makes such an effort to locate items in my size.
Totally useless. I bought a khaki linen jacket and after six weeks they sent me a blue top instead. No one responds to emails and there's no phone line. I'm never ordering from them again and I want my money back.
It's been five months and I'm still waiting on part of my order. Out of the eight items I ordered, only three showed up. I've sent what feels like a hundred emails and keep getting excuses instead of solutions. I'm really let down by how this company operates and can't recommend them. You're better off choosing a retailer with an actual good reputation and customer support.
Don't buy from here, they're the worst. I ordered some boots that never arrived. After tons of emails I finally called them directly and they said the boots were out of stock. If I hadn't made that call myself, I probably would've never gotten my refund. It's disgraceful.
Stay away from this place! I placed an order back in early February, and the company blamed Australia Post for delays. I got two items in February, one more in March, but the fourth item is nowhere to be found. By that point the season had passed anyway. When I complained, I just got robotic apologies about my ticket progressing. Meanwhile my inbox is flooded with their promotional emails. This company is completely incompetent and dishonest!
