Sorted by: Most recentGot a metal detector from Kellyco back in late 2024. When I logged into my account afterward, my purchase just vanished from the order history like it never happened. That made it impossible to write a review directly on their website for the product itself. On top of that, the Xtreme Hunter coil arrived with a dead battery inside. I didn't catch it soon enough to send it back through their normal return process, so I ended up having to deal with the manufacturer directly to get a replacement sent out. The initial buying experience wasn't bad, but their customer service after the sale and how they keep track of orders needs serious work. Buyers deserve to be able to see their purchase history down the road and shouldn't have to jump through hoops when something arrives broken.
