I've been a Keto Mojo customer since 2019 and now I've got a bunch of test strips that barely work half the time. I sent them the batch number and expiration info, but they asked for a ton of stuff including a video showing they don't work. I even bought a second meter just to rule that out as the problem. I'm finished with them. The prices are too high, especially when you're forced to buy glucose strips just to get the ketone ones you actually want. I'm moving on to something else or just stopping altogether. They've made plenty of money off me over the years.

Customer service and repair support are basically nonexistent. Got the device about two years ago and it's worked fine on and off, sometimes daily for two weeks and then not at all for months. Recently used it during an extended water fast. The glucose readings seemed okay but the ketones were coming back too low. I ended up hospitalized with Ketoacidosis because the meter was giving me dangerously inaccurate ketone numbers. I reached out to support about getting it fixed or replaced, but they've been completely silent. They even deleted my original email with all the details I sent and closed my ticket. My new message after that also got ignored. It works when it works, but don't count on them to help if something goes wrong.

They're refusing to honor the lifetime warranty. I've sent 5-6 emails and left voicemails with complete documentation, but haven't heard back. Got the keto-mojo gk+ two years ago and stopped using it after six months. The readings came back at half of what they should be, which sent me to the ER even though my actual glucose levels were normal. The device worked okay during the first year for both glucose and ketones, but it's been downhill since. The warranty fine print requires you to register the device within 30 days of purchase, which is pretty annoying. Buy this at your own risk.

Like other people have said, they're shipping test strips with expiration dates that are way too close. I ordered both glucose and ketones strips in a 60 pack and they expire in 11-2025. They used to do way better about this and would send strips good for at least six more months. Plus the newer strips don't seem as accurate based on what I'm seeing and what other customers are saying. On top of that, their customer service has gotten a lot worse. I think it's time I look at other options.

They're being sneaky with the strips. I ordered the keto mojo and some extra strips, but they sent me strips expiring in just three months. For how often I actually use this, that's not enough time. When I complained to their customer service, they responded with: 'Keto-Mojo testing strips for the GK+ and GKI meter expire anywhere from 3-12 months depending on inventory rotation.' Translation: they're dumping their old inventory on paying customers. Get a different device instead.

This meter gives wildly different results compared to the Precision Neo. When using the control solution level 2, there's a 3mmol range of variation which is absolutely massive. Skip it.
