I end up having to go in and manually tag every single result in the app one by one. Is the device broken? They don't seem concerned. They never offered a replacement. They just stopped emailing me to avoid dealing with the problem. They keep repeating the same responses while I keep sending the same information back.
Way overpriced. They should ask you upfront which strips you need instead of just giving you 10 and then charging 50 euros for a 60 pack, which is ridiculous. I can't return it since I already opened it.
The original meter worked okay, but they discontinued it and pushed me to buy the newer version. The problem is the new strips cost a lot and the upgraded meter still hasn't shown up. Their customer support has been pretty unhelpful through all this. I'm planning to request my money back unless they actually do something about it soon.
My 60 strip kit came with an expiration date that's way too short, only a few months out. I won't be able to finish them before they go bad. I asked about a return or partial refund but their customer service person basically dismissed me and said three months is normal. I'm done trying to work with them and I'm switching to a different brand. There are plenty of other options out there. They also slapped on an extra VAT charge on top of the advertised price which was supposed to include it for EU customers. Just not a good fit for the European market.
After getting an update, the meter now takes 3-4 minutes to send data to my phone, which is super slow. The accuracy has tanked too. Skip this one.
Disappointing customer service. When your meter reads the control solution inaccurately, they'll have you do more testing using your actual strips. Once they average the results and it technically falls within range (though barely at the higher end), they'll give you a store credit instead of new strips or a refund. So if the service sucks and you don't want to deal with them anymore, you get nothing out of it. Even when the founder gets involved, he just sends a rambling video about gift cards instead of actually helping. It's frustrating.
DO NOT BUY and DO NOT SWITCH TO THEIR NEWER METER. I bought 2 Keto-Mojo meters plus a Bluetooth connector with a "LIFETIME" warranty guarantee. But they broke that promise by discontinuing the old meter and strips, making my devices worthless. I want my money back for both meters and the accessory.
