I placed an order back in late March and still haven't gotten it or heard back from the company despite sending multiple emails trying to reach them. Be careful if you're ordering to the UK because there's a real chance your purchase won't show up. I spent quite a bit because I was really excited to check out their products, and my partner bought some items too. We're both still waiting with no clue what happens next. I've even reached out through their social media accounts. It's frustrating how unresponsive they are, and I haven't even been able to test anything to write an actual product review.
