This company's customer service is terrible. I ordered six items for international delivery and paid extra for shipping. Their policy says five to eight days for dispatch, but it took two weeks. After I messaged through their social media, I got a canned response saying it would ship soon. I had to keep pushing for updates and got different promised dates each time. By day twelve I was constantly chasing them through comments and messages to get any kind of response. They lied to me more than once and ignored messages I could see they read.
