What Shoppers Say About Kiss Products
Kiss Products is rated 1.7 out of 5 by 17 shoppers, with a majority of reviewers reporting serious quality and durability issues. The most common complaints involve nails cracking or breaking within hours of application, nail glue products causing discoloration or failing to adhere properly, and inconsistent product quality across batches. Some reviewers also report frustration with customer service, particularly regarding refund policies and promised resolutions. A small segment of satisfied customers praise the Impress line for smooth application and lasting one to two weeks without issues.
While Kiss Products has some loyal repeat customers who find success with certain product lines, the overwhelming pattern of one-star reviews suggests significant quality control problems that have disappointed even long-term customers. The issues range from physical damage to nails and product failures to customer service complications, indicating systemic concerns rather than isolated incidents.

Sorted by: Most recentWithin an hour of putting these on, my thumb nail developed a big crack. I was just sitting and reading. The next day two more split on my left hand, and I'm right-handed. I took them off because they felt unsafe with sharp pieces potentially breaking off and getting into food. I wear press-on nails regularly and have never experienced anything like this. Kiss products won't be coming home with me again.
They promised me a refund back to my original payment method, and I have proof of this conversation. Instead, they gave me store credit. When I called them out on it, they claimed it was a system glitch and that per their policy I'm stuck with credit only. Not cool.
Kiss nails and their Impress line are absolutely fantastic. They stick on smoothly and look great, plus they last anywhere from one to two weeks easily. There's no other brand I'd switch to.
Got their Powerflex Precision Nail Glue and it turned my nails green. Not worth it. Now I'm dealing with green stains on my nails that won't go away until they grow out.
There's a bad batch of Kiss Powerflex Max Speed nail glue out there. It won't bond to the nails properly. I've used this product for many years without problems, but every now and then a batch comes through that's completely defective. I've already tossed five bottles. Now I'm having to switch to a different brand that I'm not even happy with because the dispenser doesn't work well.
After thirty years of being a Kiss customer, they've lost my trust. The nails feel really weak and fragile now, breaking constantly. Very disappointed.
I grabbed some KISS x tend nails from a retailer and when I opened them up, I realized I was short one set for the quantity I ordered. After reaching out, their team responded quickly within hours and surprised me by offering to send a free replacement item. Really impressed with how they handled it. Update: the replacement arrived and they actually sent two packs instead of one, which was great.
I love Kiss nails when I buy them in-store. Their website had some great promotions, so I loaded up my cart with items totaling about $25 to qualify for free shipping. I put in a discount code from a spin-the-wheel promotion for 25% off and noticed my total barely went down by fifty cents or so. I tried again without the code and realized they were adding a handling fee on top when the discount was applied. That seems really sneaky to me. I cleared my cart because it felt sketchy, and after reading all the negative reviews about ordering online from them, I'm glad I didn't go through with it.
Bought the Falscara kit along with the remover and overnight treatment, which looking back was not a smart choice, and I don't even have the receipt anymore. This turned out to be the worst fake lash experience I've ever dealt with. The adhesion was weak, and when I went to use them a second time, all the lashes were scattered everywhere in the container. The bond stung my eyes pretty badly and the remover left them really irritated, red, and watery.
