What Shoppers Say About Kiwidesign
Kiwidesign shoppers are sharply divided in their experiences. Those satisfied with their purchases praise the quality of VR gear and accessories, noting that products arrive quickly, are well-built, and represent fair value. Repeat customers report positive interactions with responsive support and have even received promotional items. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious fulfillment problems, with orders either never arriving or remaining stuck in transit for extended periods. Unresponsive customer support compounds these issues for affected shoppers, creating frustration when packages fail to materialize.
The store's rating reflects this polarization: roughly 55 percent of reviewers give five stars, while 35 percent give one star, indicating that delivery and order handling are critical pain points that undermine otherwise positive product quality assessments.

Sorted by: Most recentAmazing experience working with these folks. Their support staff is knowledgeable and super responsive. My order came in before the expected date too. Will definitely shop here again.
Skip this if you wear glasses. I got their H4 band and facial interface, tried them on when they came in, and immediately realized they're not designed for glasses wearers. The facial interface is way too tight, and the fit makes it really awkward to position the headset to see clearly. I have their original comfort model and that one works fine. When it came time to return the new ones, they wanted me to pay shipping to Hong Kong even though they sent it from their warehouse in Sydney. Why can't I just ship back to Sydney? Not a great experience overall. Fair warning to anyone with glasses.
Just got my battery pack in the mail today so I haven't really put it through the paces yet, but the fit is incredibly comfortable. I'm really excited to try out the extended battery performance and finally stop worrying about it draining so fast without this addon.
Ordered their Facial Interface V4 for my headset and was really let down. The fit just isn't right, particularly around the nose area, which makes it wobbly and prone to sliding off during use. I tried reaching out to them for help but got nothing back, which sucked. Now I'm stuck returning it myself at my own cost all the way overseas, which is a real hassle and expensive. I had higher expectations based on what I'd heard about them, but both the actual product and how they handle customer issues didn't meet the mark. I can't recommend this to anyone.
Not impressed with the quality. I messed up ordering the oversized control grips since they're too big for my hands, so I got regular battery grips instead. Either way, I gotta say the overall quality from Kiwi Design seems to have taken a step down from what it used to be.
Still waiting on my order to show up, and you're already wanting feedback? The shipping process has been disappointing and working with their logistics team has been a letdown. Appreciate the chance though.
Been nothing but satisfied with Kiwidesign so far. I genuinely like their range and their pricing is solid. Only thing I could mention is the delivery timeline, but honestly that comes with the territory.
Be careful before you buy from this site unless you're totally certain about what you want! They advertise a return policy but it's misleading as heck. If you actually need to return something, you're paying to ship it all the way back to China yourself. That would've cost us way more than the item was worth. Terrible service, terrible experience overall. Get their products on Amazon instead. Order here at your own risk.
Got the wrong items in my order, only received 2 out of what I bought. I emailed their support but it didn't go through, so I reached out through social media and they said to message them there, which I did. It's been over a month now with zero response. I'm honestly questioning if they even care about their customers. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
I wanted to customize my headset but without putting anything permanent on it, so I decided to build up a collection of skins to swap out whenever I felt like a different look. I looked into silicone options but figured they'd lose their grip and mess up any designs. Instead I grabbed the hard polycarbonate shells from this company. They showed up in about a week, which is solid timing coming from across the ocean, and they were exactly what was advertised. Really pleased with the purchase. I actually caught them on sale so I was able to order double what I'd originally planned, which gives me plenty to experiment with and still have a nice variety.
