The products are solid quality, no complaints there, but the pricing is just too high for me. If these were more affordable, I'd definitely be a repeat customer. As it stands, I can't justify spending this much on skincare when there are cheaper alternatives that still work pretty well.

Tried their makeup remover balm and had a really bad reaction to it, breaking out in whiteheads I've never experienced before. What bothered me most was that when I posted about my experience on their site, my review never appeared. It's clear they only let positive feedback through. That's dishonest, and combined with the poor product quality, I'm not coming back. There are plenty of other brands out there that are more trustworthy.

Customer service here is really disappointing. Placed my first order and after more than a week, nothing arrived. They gave me one tracking number through FedEx, but then someone on their support team told me it was actually being shipped via DHL, which meant that FedEx number was useless.
