Got Charged Twice and They Won't Help I placed an order online for something that's not sold in the UK. The checkout showed me exactly what I'd be charged on my card, a set amount. But once it went through, they tacked on over 10 pounds in so-called shipping fees to get it to the UK. I never agreed to that! They just added it without permission. I immediately messaged them through chat and was told they'd cancel the whole thing and refund me. That never happened. When I followed up, they said it was too late because the package had already shipped. I contacted my bank and they told me this qualifies as fraud. Don't do business with them. The products are great but I'm never ordering from this company again. Spread the word so other people don't get stuck in the same situation.
Product Arrived Broken and Doesn't Work Got their BB foundation ages ago and I've tried everything possible to make it work, but nothing helps. The first problem is it came split right down the middle and there's no fixing that. Second, no matter what I put under it (and I've tested so many skincare combos), it balls up all over my face like it's terrible. And I apply it carefully with my fingertips! It's crazy to charge that much money for something this broken. I'm absolutely going to keep posting about this online.
Awful Support but Solid Makeup! I'm a loyal customer of their skin revealing foundation. When I got my last order, the cap was broken so I couldn't close it without the foundation leaking out everywhere. I reached out to customer service and they said sorry, then asked me to send proof. I sent over 3 very clear photos of the damaged container. After I submitted those pics, I had to follow up on my own, and then they wanted proof of purchase too. That shouldn't even be necessary since I already showed them the broken product. It's been over a week now and still no answer to what should be a straightforward issue! I just need a replacement, nothing complicated about it. It's really disappointing because the actual makeup is fantastic and I have tons of their other products. They need to stop making excuses and actually fix things!
Stay Clear When Ordering Through Social Media Don't buy through social media! Orders take forever to arrive. The second you purchase something, they mark it as shipped so they can ignore any cancellation requests. I asked them via email to cancel my order and they said they'd follow up about it. They never did. Instead they shipped it anyway, so now I'm stuck paying return shipping if I don't want it. That's got to be on purpose to discourage returns. Not doing business with them again! I'll review the actual products once they get here if the return costs don't scare me off first. Clearly these guys don't care what customers think and they definitely don't read the reviews. Avoid them and stay away from buying makeup on social media in general!
Great Product, Terrible Support The lipstick is fantastic. The customer service is awful. Right after I placed my online order, I tried to contact them about upgrading my shipping because I realized it wouldn't arrive before my trip. They wouldn't help at all, no flexibility, nothing. They said they can't refund it until after it gets here, which would be after I'm gone. The phone line doesn't seem to work anymore. Never had this issue before. Won't be ordering again.
Worst Customer Service Ever Their own website policy clearly states you can cancel within the first hour of placing an order. I got my confirmation email 40 minutes later saying they'd get to me soon. When I finally reached someone after they opened, they said I missed the window because more than an hour had passed. That shouldn't count against me when I only got the confirmation 40 minutes in. Not coming back here.
One Star Says It All Gave this the lowest rating possible. Purchased their brow and lash serum because the ingredients looked amazing. Applied it nightly as instructed for 10 days. Ten days later, my lashes were noticeably shorter than when I started! Sent tons of emails, tried calling but got nowhere, and never got a response. Meanwhile, they keep flooding my inbox with ads for other stuff.
Severe Allergic Response Used their tinted gel cream and woke up the next day with itching and little red bumps all over both sides of my face. Friday morning I noticed the problem. By Saturday it got way worse, burning hot to the touch, and I started taking allergy medication. Monday came around and it's still the same, so I'm trying to get a doctor's appointment because I think I need stronger treatment. Definitely can't recommend this product. After looking into it, I found out tons of other people had the exact same reaction.
