Got a Kreg pocket hole jig as a gift about 2 years back but didn't use it right away. When I finally opened it this week, I noticed the set screw for the drill bit collar was missing. I called Kreg and spoke with their customer experience team. Three days later, the part showed up at my door with no charge. Definitely planning to buy from them going forward based on how well they handled this.

Amazing experience with Kreg support. I reached out about purchasing a replacement part for my Rip Cut Sled after it got damaged. Since I was overseas at the time, I figured shipping and customs fees would be brutal. Instead, Kreg went above and beyond by overnight shipping an entire new Rip Cut Sled unit at no cost to me. Ordered a KMA 4100 Kreg Crosscut Station back in April and it arrived today. Unboxed it and everything seemed fine, so I set it up. However, once I tested it with a 1x4 board, I noticed it wasn't cutting square. Tried with a 1x8 and the results were even worse. Really let down by this since I can't figure out how to adjust it to square. This wasn't what I was hoping for at all.
