Expect a frustrating experience if you're shopping from the US. Their customer service team takes weeks to reply to any emails, and there's no dedicated support number for US shoppers. They charge sixty bucks just to ship returns back and forth, which is brutal. Then add another month or more of waiting after you mail your items back before you'll see a refund hit your account. The whole process is slow, expensive, and their service team isn't exactly friendly about it either. I'm definitely not coming back to this company again.

The website photos don't match what actually arrives at your door. I ordered those over-the-knee boots shown in their pictures, but they came in way too short and just awkwardly hit right at my knee, and I'm not even particularly tall. The tassels looked cheap and flimsy compared to what was advertised, plus the calf width was noticeably narrower than the measurements listed online. On top of that, they treat sale items as final sale so you're basically out of luck if something doesn't work out. I tried posting honest reviews about my experience with these boots three separate times to warn other shoppers, but guess what, they refused to publish any of them. Now I'm stuck with boots nobody wants and can't even get rid of them on resale sites. Honestly, just save your money and shop somewhere else.
