This company doesn't follow privacy laws properly. I've removed myself from their mailing list multiple times over the past year, yet they keep sending me mail. On top of that, when I unsubscribed through their website, they somehow added me to their email marketing instead. The unsubscribe button in their emails doesn't even work. Their marketing approach feels sketchy and dishonest.

I spent $40 on my son's fifth birthday gift as a new customer and it never arrived. When I called to ask about it, they told me the package got sent to the wrong address. I asked if there was anything they could do to help, but they just said the address I entered was correct on their end.
