Their Valmont products are excellent and I'm a loyal customer. Since I relocated, they ship everything to me and it always arrives in perfect condition with really nice packaging. The products are top notch and the staff really knows their stuff. If you're in the New York area, definitely visit their physical location - the atmosphere is wonderful!
Avoid This Place - Major Issues. Ordered cosmetics from this site and they won't ship or accept returns for half a year. I've tried reaching out multiple times through email with no response. Can't get through to anyone on staff. The whole buying process has been really frustrating and disappointing.
