This is a complete scam. They claim to have WhatsApp and messenger integrations but these don't actually exist. Meta doesn't recognize them at all. When you ask why, they feed you nonsense about using API keys instead of app IDs, which they don't have either. When you try to connect it fails every time. They send support responses with doctored screenshots telling you to add access to your Facebook page like that's the problem, but that's impossible when you're the owner with full access. The guides and solutions they provide show options that don't exist in the actual interface - just edited pictures. Nothing works but they'll keep charging you as long as your card is connected.

Customer service is pretty bad here. The product hasn't really improved in years and they barely respond to messages. There are better options out there.

Used this platform to build a couple of bots and it worked fine for basic needs. Once I tried to set up anything more complex with intricate routing logic, things got a lot trickier and less intuitive. The tool itself functions well enough, but customer support leaves a lot to be desired. During the sales process they were responsive and eager to help, but once I signed on, getting a kickoff call scheduled was nearly impossible and simple questions take forever to get answered.
