Sorted by: Most recentReceived incorrect cards and had to ship them back after customer service instructed me to do so. Despite returning the items, I never received a refund. Called multiple times trying to resolve this but got nowhere. Extremely frustrated with how this was handled.
Wanted to leave feedback since I hadn't seen many reviews for them. I've been a long-time customer and really appreciate what they offer. Their cards are well-made, suitable for any occasion, and reasonably priced. The team behind the scenes is fantastic too. When mistakes happen, they take care of it right away. During my last purchase, my delivery went to the wrong address and we couldn't recover it. Without hesitation, the company said they'd send a replacement free of charge. That kind of service is hard to find these days.
