Placed an order for over 100 dollars worth of stuff and 8 days later, still nothing indicating it had shipped. No problem, I figured I'd just email asking about the status. Got back a 20 dollar refund instead of an actual answer to my question, which honestly made things more confusing. A quick message about backorders or delays would've been nice. Plus they're using Shopify for tracking, which is pretty sketchy with how it handles customer data and privacy.

Bought a 10 pack of Golden Cherry flavor from a local store and found that two of the sealed packets were completely hard and unusable. Opened one to check and it was clumped into a solid mess. Horrible experience - scratch that, there basically is no customer service. Phone lines don't get answered, chat is turned off, and contact forms and direct emails get zero responses. Ordered over 2 weeks back and nothing has shipped or been updated. This was definitely my last time ordering.
