Sorted by: Most recentDon't bother ordering from here if you value customer support. They ship through USPS and when packages go missing, their response is basically "oh well, just keep waiting." My order vanished four weeks ago and the tracking info stopped updating ages ago. Instead of actually helping me out, they're letting me jump through hoops with PayPal to get my money back. They clearly don't care about standing behind what they sell, and honestly it feels wrong that they get to keep profits while I chase down a refund through a third party. Really disappointed with how they handle this situation.
Ordered a dress over a month back and it still hasn't shown up. I contacted their customer service team about the delay and got told that since my location is outside the US, they're unable to track anything on their end and just expect me to be patient. This is honestly not okay for international purchases. There's been zero communication, no package updates, and absolutely no real support offered. The whole experience has been pretty frustrating and left me with a really negative impression of this company.
