Bought two items from the webshop in late October and early November. I requested a return within two weeks. When the packages weren't picked up twice, I contacted customer service again. After multiple frustrated emails, they finally sent me two UPS labels. The packages arrived at their warehouse on December 9th. One return got partially refunded, but I never found out why not the full amount. The second return for a significant amount still hasn't been refunded because they claim the package isn't in their system. They have the delivery proof but as of late January, nothing has been returned to me.
Wish I'd read reviews first before ordering. I got two pairs of jeans and returned one, but the return process has been a disaster. You have to book returns through a third party and they never showed up initially. After many calls someone finally picked it up. I tracked it to Liu Jo's warehouse arriving December 16th with proof, but when I emailed them with screenshots, they claimed it arrived December 24th instead. I've sent multiple emails and still no refund. Terrible company overall. Also good luck calling them back, they never pick up.
Definitely avoid ordering here. They only give back part of your money when you return items and won't explain why. I called several times, sent emails, and after a month got no responses. Nobody answers emails and my full refund never showed up. Awful shopping experience and I tell everyone not to order from here. Update: Seven weeks later the rest of my money finally arrived, but I'm leaving this review up because people should understand what happened. Liu Jo, you lost me as a repeat customer.
