Biggest mistake I made signing up. Took me a few months to finally cancel. I wanted to see my grandson play hockey when we couldn't be there in person. You barely get to see your team on camera, maybe a quarter of the time, and even then it's just part of the ice. The camera pans back and forth between the corners and then to ads and the crowd. I missed everything important. Honestly one of the worst services out there. And I'm not the only one either. Multiple family members had this exact problem. Total waste of money. The site only lets you complain about one single day, but every day we tried was just as bad. Same terrible experience at every rink we tried. Stay far away.

Two stars because there's something nice about being able to watch events you can't make it to in person. But honestly, the video quality is pretty bad and hasn't improved for years. Looks like 720p at 15 frames per second, maybe. The price is steep and keeps going up. I'm not happy with it, but sometimes you need it anyway.

Paid for a month-long subscription to catch a game at the rink. Got there and hit a technical error message. Asked for my money back immediately and got three form responses. On the fourth one, here's what they said: We are unable to issue a refund in situations beyond our control. This includes if a venue chooses not to broadcast, incompatibility with personal devices or networks, errors we cannot replicate, and similar instances. As indicated in both our 'FAQ' subscription fees are final and non-refundable. I told them: Except you're failing to deliver the service I paid for. Initiating a chargeback. Don't let this happen to you. Get your credit card company involved and request a dispute. This is the only way to fight back against this.

The video quality stinks. Most rinks have connection problems that basically make it impossible to watch. Plus the customer service team is useless and doesn't help at all.

Overpriced, doesn't work right, and the customer service is terrible. Video streams are choppy and often cut out mid-game. Honestly, you'd be better off just buying a camera yourself.

Awful company with terrible support. The cameras don't function and I couldn't watch my son's hockey game. Their reply was basically: We try to fix things from here, but sometimes that's not possible and we need other people involved which takes time. Every situation is different so we can't tell you when it'll work again. Sorry about the problem and thanks for waiting. I'm paying about $30 a month for this. That's a complete ripoff. If they can't actually deliver the live video of the game when it's happening, they should give customers credit.

Watch out if you sign up. Super strict and won't work with you. I accidentally got a monthly plan when I wanted something different. Realized my mistake after a couple minutes and hadn't used anything yet, but when I asked to get my money back, they said no. Not reasonable at all!
