This was honestly one of the worst business decisions we made. The platform functions like a subscription trap you can't escape from. Also worth noting that basically all the positive reviews here come from brand new accounts with just one review each. Do yourself a favor and look at other options because you'll definitely regret going with Livestorm.
I'm running webinars with this at least two times weekly and it performs reliably. Allows me to connect with customers across different regions without any issues. Participants consistently give me positive feedback about their experience. Been a user for over three years now and haven't looked back.
Works really well for us. The interface looks clean, setting up invites is straightforward, and event management feels smooth. The AI event analysis feature is a nice touch too. Could use some work on the video streaming quality for presenters though.

The experience hosting live webinars is excellent with a real focus on keeping people engaged. Beyond that, creating and managing webinars is intuitive, and the automation features help tremendously. I've freed up so much time on the organizational side of things.
Things were fine with Livestorm until they hit us with massive price hikes on our renewal. Our yearly cost jumped from around 3K to 13K, or 7K if we lock into a three year deal. That's roughly a 350% jump in pricing, or at minimum a 200% increase with the longer commitment. We've stuck with them for about four years as customers. Now we're hunting for an alternative webinar solution. If you're thinking about signing up, just know what happened to us as a longtime customer. You'd be better off exploring other platforms.
Pretty disappointing overall. The dashboard is confusing and hard to navigate. You're paying a lot of money but still dealing with constant crashes and lag issues, and the video quality leaves much to be desired. Would not recommend to anyone.
