I'm managing my symptoms better and using fewer medications because of what I've learned. When I reached the summit, there was someone gazing out at the view below, but he was gone by the time I got there. I encountered an image of my younger self lying down, and it was hard to embrace her when she stood up. I was dealing with too much pain to really feel that moment. My older self was there too, calmer and moving with support, reminding me of my grandmother. My maternal grandmother didn't need that assistance though, and I wanted to note that distinction since I never knew my paternal side of the family. Breathing in through my mouth causes discomfort, but exhaling that way feels fine. I plan to work through this exercise more to find peace with my history.
Their customer service is seriously the worst. They were running a Labor Day sale that said if you spent $70 you'd get three free travel-size items. I picked out my products and completed the purchase. Once everything arrived, those free travel samples weren't in the box. I contacted support and they claimed the minimum was actually $75, not $70, even though I'd only spent $74. I've sent them multiple screenshots straight from their promotion showing $70, and I haven't heard back. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead of paying return shipping for something that's clearly on them.
I trusted all the great reviews out there and dropped over $100 on these products with high hopes. Total waste. They literally do nothing, and honestly my hair loss has gotten worse since using them. Unlike other companies in this space, they don't offer any kind of refund protection, so they just keep your money no questions asked. It's really wrong that they're selling false promises to women who are desperate and willing to try anything to save their hair. Pretty disappointed in this.
