I used to be loyal to this brand for years. My original bag has held up perfectly for over ten years, which is why I was willing to take a chance on their Catalina supreme tote even though it was final sale. I really regret that decision. The bag feels awkward to use and the zippers are awful. Every single time I try to open or close them, they're a nightmare. The design and zipper quality just don't mesh well together.
