The parking company itself told me the leftover days qualified for a refund and that I should contact this booking site to get the money back. Instead, they refused and just offered me fifty percent of something, which definitely wasn't the actual refund amount for the unused days. I wasn't asking for everything back, just the refund that was already approved by the actual parking provider. They showed zero understanding of my situation and made barely any effort to look into it or make it right. They basically said take the fifty percent or file an insurance claim. Compare that to every other company involved in my cancelled trip, including ones with non-refundable policies, and they were all way more helpful. I'd think twice before booking with a middleman site like this again.
Don't book with this company. They put down the wrong parking details on my reservation and then cancelled the whole thing without asking me first.
